Sheila Alderman Dunigan has lived in the area since the age of four. She attended cosmotology school during her junior and senior years of school and received her license shortly after graduating high school at the age of 17. By age 19 she was the owner of her first salon, in 2 years she opened her second salon with multiple stylist. She worked and managed the salon for 9 years until her 2 children were born at which time, staying home with the babies was most important.
Though being a stay at home Mom with 2 little ones she still found time for her other love, sewing. She was contracted to create hand smocked children's clothing, sewing for school groups, dancers, cheerleaders, wedding gowns and Mardi Gras Krewes. She has created magnificent Mardi Gras costumes for over 25 years.
In 2004 she decided she was ready to get back into the business world and that Real Estate would be a perfect fit.
Then came Katrina!! What a devastating and fulfilling opportunity. To work with people that had lost everything they owned was gut wrenching but to help them get settled in a new environment was absolutely heartwarming.
Sheila enjoys working with buyers and sellers as each present their own special needs. She works tirelessly for her clients and has had great results and many satified clients. Her goal is to give each and everyone of them her own brand of "UNEXPECTED COSTUMER SERVICE"
